One of the most amazing outcomes of Orbis’s sight-saving work is how it gives people the ability to do the things we perhaps take for granted daily. People whose vision is impaired can’t see a sunset, their children’s smile or paintings in a museum.
Recognizing this, we worked with Orbis to develop the messaging theme, “Now, I Can See”. This theme guided the content direction and visual design of the annual report. We highlighted different individuals, from around the world, who could now see, live and work thanks to Orbis’s work. From a design view, we crafted an oversized publication featuring poignant photography, a fresh color palette, transparency, iconography and information graphics. This report remains a highlight in Orbis’ historical library of mission communications.
