Lowenstein Center for the Public Interest
Annual Pro Bono Reports

What Matters
- Turned the reports into clear, story-led narratives of impact
- Gave the Center a system that evolved each year while maintaining a consistent, recognizable voice
- Made complex legal work easier to scan and grasp through clear hierarchy and structure
Presenting Progress With Visual Intention
Lowenstein Sandler lawyers volunteer tens of thousands of hours each year to protect rights and strengthen communities. The annual pro bono reports help make that effort visible, organized around thematic priorities that reflect the Center’s public interest mission. For each edition, we draw inspiration from photography, illustration, and even the firm’s own spaces to shape a visual direction that supports the narrative and reinforces the Center’s brand.

Creative Continuity and Inventive Expression
Instead of repeating a static template, each report evolves with its own visual identity tied to the year’s theme. The design stays readable and accessible while giving the Center a distinctive, polished way to communicate impact to internal and external audiences.

Why It Matters
Through our collaboration, the Lowenstein Center’s annual reports have become more than a record of hours and cases. They have become messaging tools that connect with staff, partners, clients, prospective employees and community members in meaningful ways.
