New Brunswick Tomorrow was founded to help reverse decades of urban decline and has played a central role in the city’s social and economic revitalization. Yet many donors, media, and residents did not fully recognize that leadership. The brand needed to make NBT’s role clear, visible, and unmistakable.

We worked with NBT’s leadership to clarify how their work is understood and communicated. The result was a simple, direct message, “Moving People Forward,” supported by a messaging platform that helps connect individual programs back to NBT.
We extended this into a visual identity that feels friendly, human, and intelligent, reflecting both the people behind the work and its impact on the city. The system carries across digital, print, and environmental applications.
To deepen the story, we partnered with filmmaker Melvin Estrella to produce video content that brings NBT’s impact to life across channels.
