Revitalizing a City

New Brunswick Tomorrow has been a catalyst for the city’s social revitalization since the early 1970s. The site needed to clearly connect that work to real improvements in quality of life across health, education, neighborhoods, and leadership, helping visitors quickly understand what NBT does and how to get involved.

Making Clear Connections

We brought success stories to the forefront and opened the homepage with a video montage that highlights key programs at a glance. From there, visitors can move into program pages that pair plain-language context with concise metrics and visuals, so the “why” and the “what changed” are understood together.

Extending a Brand

Building on the brand we originally created for NBT, we expanded the visual language to fully express the organization’s identity online. Vivid photography, iconography, and information graphics work together to show how NBT identifies challenges and collaborates on solutions, creating an experience that feels optimistic, grounded, and distinctly local.

Structured for Action

We rebuilt navigation around four core program areas, making paths through the site more intuitive. A large mega-menu previews key content before users click, while About and Newsroom were redesigned as single-page experiences for easier scanning.

Clear calls to action are integrated throughout, and mobile views maintain readability and usability on the go. The result is less hunting and more doing.
